2. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 1–3 business days following order confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Certain orders may require additional processing or transportation time.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including public holidays, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay is expected, our team will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are determined individually based on the customer's location, package characteristics, and applicable delivery arrangements.

All delivery fees will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

No additional delivery charges will be applied without prior communication and customer agreement.

4. Free Pickup from Ajaltoun

Customers may collect eligible orders from our pickup location in Ajaltoun, Lebanon, free of charge.

Pickup is available by prior arrangement and subject to order confirmation and product availability.

Once an order is ready for collection, our team will contact the customer to confirm the pickup location, available collection time, and any necessary instructions.

Customers are kindly requested not to visit the pickup location before receiving confirmation that their order is ready.

5. Payment Methods

Electromania.lb currently offers the following payment options, subject to order confirmation:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made upon receipt of the order, where this option is available.

• Cash on Pickup: Payment is made when collecting the order from Ajaltoun.

• Money Transfer: Customers may arrange payment through an accepted transfer method, with payment details provided directly by Electromania.lb.

Payment instructions and any applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer before payment is required.

6. Order Confirmation & Product Availability

All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.

Electromania.lb reserves the right to contact customers to verify order information, confirm product availability, and finalize delivery or pickup arrangements.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the customer will be contacted to discuss suitable alternatives or the applicable cancellation and refund options.

7. Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, contact numbers, and any necessary delivery instructions.

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect delivery information, a new delivery arrangement may be required.

Any applicable additional delivery charges will be communicated to the customer for approval before another attempt is scheduled.

8. Receiving & Inspecting Orders

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery or pickup to ensure that the correct products have been received and that there are no visible signs of damage.

Photographs of the item and its packaging may be requested to assist with reviewing the issue.
